Eko Hoofcare is a UK-based provider of professional training, continuing professional development (CPD), and manufacturer of hoof trimming crushes for farmers and cattle foot trimmers. We are the exclusive accredited UK partner of the Dairy Training Centre (DTC) in the Netherlands, delivering and assessing its professional foot trimming qualification across the UK.

Founded by experienced practitioners, our focus is on raising standards across the industry through structured, practical, and evidence-based training. We train foot trimmers to take a broader approach to lameness management, with a focus on hoof care rather than simply hoof trimming — supporting early detection, better decision-making, and improved welfare outcomes.

Our programmes are designed to build confidence, consistency, and high-quality practice, creating real impact on farm. Alongside our training, we design and supply durable hoof trimming crushes to support safe and efficient working conditions.
